Front Royal Midget Football League’s free summer camp!
Front Royal Midget Football League’s 2017 summer camp will be held at the Old Middle School Game Field, 465 West 15th Street, on July 9, 16, 23 and 30, from 5pm to 7pm. This is a FREE strength and conditioning camp where boys and girls of ALL ages are welcome!

ABOUT FRMFL
Founded in 1962, FRMFL is the oldest independent football league in Front Royal. FRMFL is part of the Apple Valley Youth Football League and our teams travel to surrounding cities including Winchester, Berryville, VA as well as Ranson, WV. We serve the Shenandoah Valley region providing children with a safe environment to play sports, emphasizing skill development, sportsmanship, discipline and fun. FRMFL is a volunteer run organization with no paid employees.
Our Commitment: Kids First
Our first priority is to ensure a safe and enjoyable sports experience that fosters fitness, integrity, sportsmanship and teamwork. All coaches in our league must undergo a background check, complete the Positive Coaching Alliance training as well as USA Football Certification training each year. USA Football certification includes annual testing to assure that all coaches are trained in the latest Heads Up fundamentals as well as such safety measures as hydration and heat awareness and the proper fitting of equipment. FRMFL is committed to providing a safe environment for kids to enjoy this sport we all love.
Fair Competition
Our league offers an age/weight matrix for players, as a result players are matched against competition that is similar in regard to size, age, experience and skill. This system promotes player safety, player development, fair competition and enjoyment of the game.
