Warren County Habitat for Humanity has new staff, program

Lee Smith Osina discusses the programs and projects of the Warren County Habitat for Humanity.

Front Royal — Warren County Habitat for Humanity added its first professional staff member last year.  Lee Smith Osina, who served nearly 10 years as the chief staff officer of the local United Way, became the Executive Director last August.
