WATCH: Town Council starts budget process; receives budget forecasts

Director of Finance B.J. Wilson provides Town Council with a presentation showing some historical/projected revenues for the Town and discuss possible budgetary impacts. These revenue forecasts will likely be incorporated into the proposed FY2020 budget.
