Skyline High School student charged with Disorderly Conduct
Warren County, VA – On Thursday, October 24, 2019, a student brought plastic replica bullets from a Halloween costume to Skyline High School. The male juvenile proceeded to throw one of the replica bullets into a girls’ bathroom and yell that he had “a .22.” The juvenile had also dropped several of the replica bullets in various places throughout the school. Due to the nature of the incident, and the fear it instilled in students in the bathroom, the juvenile will be charged with Disorderly Conduct 18.2-415C by causing public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm.
The safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors is of utmost importance to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Any type threat is investigated thoroughly and expediently, and charges are placed when appropriate.
