Virginia Cooperative Extension offers ”Coping with a Money Crunch” webinar
WHAT MATTERS Warren–In this video, meet Karen Poff, MPA, AFC®, Senior Extension Agent, Family and Consumer Sciences of the Virginia Cooperative Extension. She’ll explain their ongoing program, ”Coping with a Money Crunch” webinar that offers residents of the Northern Shenandoah Valley information and tools to help them handle the personal finance stresses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. People can participate using Zoom or calling in from either a mobile or landline phone. The seminar covers the following money C.R.U.N.C.H topics:
- Consider Immediate Options
- Revise or Create a Spending Plan (Budget)
- Use All Available Resources
- Narrow Your Priorities
- Contact Your Creditors
- Heed Scam Warnings
