Warren County Public Schools Honors Teacher of the Year, Ms. Hallie Groves
Warren County Public Schools is proud to announce Ms. Hallie Groves, a seventh-grade history teacher at Warren County Middle School, as the 2024 Teacher of the Year. With 23 years of experience in the classroom and four years dedicated to Warren County Middle School, Ms. Groves has earned this honor through her passion, dedication, and ability to inspire her students.

Known for her engaging teaching style, Ms. Groves brings history to life, turning lessons into immersive experiences that students remember long after they leave her class. One former student shared, “Ms. Groves teaches in a way that will make you feel like you are in the past experiencing it.” Her ability to connect with students and make learning meaningful is a hallmark of her approach.
Dr. Chris Johnston, principal of Warren County Middle School, praised Ms. Groves’ impact, stating, “Hallie Groves embodies the very best of what it means to be an educator. Her deep commitment to our students, families, and school community has transformed lives and enriched Warren County Middle School in immeasurable ways.”
Ms. Groves measures her success not by accolades but by her students’ accomplishments. She always prioritizes their growth and success in her work. Her dedication to going above and beyond for her students has made her a beloved figure in the school and the wider community.
