Annual ‘Barks and Bags’ Humane Society fundraiser

Mary Powers and Carol Barr of Rockland led a group of 18 women, supporters of the Julia Wagner Animal Shelter to the annual “Barks and Bags” luncheon April 27 at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club. Some 134 attended this popular fund-raising event for the Humane Society of Warren County. The ladies raised about $6,500 for the ani-mals.
