Site work begins at ITFederal’s Royal Phoenix property

Site prep work marking planned spring construction on the first commercial structure at the former Avtex Superfund site after a quarter century and millions of dollars of federal and mandated private-sector money is indeed a landmark.
The fill dirt being moved in will replace dirt moved from the site to the Conservancy Park side of the Superfund site that left the ITFed site 10-feet below the street level of Kendrick Lane.
The dirt being moved to site will raise the ITFederal construction site to the street level of Kendrick Lane.
