October is anti-bullying month

October is anti-bullying month. Bullying can take place anywhere at any time to anyone. We are all different and sometimes these differences create a target for teasing or exclusion. Please consider taking action to help prevent bullying! Here are a few ideas how we can help our friends and neighbors:

• Be kind.
• No one eats alone during lunch. Offer to sit with someone who might be all alone.
• For kids at school, tell an adult. Don’t be bullied into silence.
• Make friends with someone you don’t know.
