ORDER OF PUBLICATION

This matter came before the Court upon the Motion of the Plaintiff, DARREN YUNKER, by counsel, for entry of an Order of Publication against Unknown Defendants, pursuant to Virginia Code §§ 8.01-316 and 8.01-317. Upon consideration of the Motion and the Affidavit for Order of Publication filed in support thereof, and the Court finding good cause ­there for, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the Plaintiff has exercised due diligence without effect to ascertain the location of the Unknown Defendants; and it is further

ORDERED that this action is a quiet title proceeding concerning real property located in Warren County, Virginia, described as Lot No. Seventeen and Lot No. Eighteen in Block No. One as shown and designated on that certain plat entitled “Blue Ridge Mountains Estates”, dated October 13, 1952, made by Walter M. Duncan, C.L.S., and of record in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Warren County, Virginia, in Plat Book I at Page 171 and of record in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 59 at Page 125, et seq. (Deed Book 226; Page 531) (hereinafter the “Property”)., in which the Plaintiff seeks to establish clear title to the Property and to bar any claim, right, or interest asserted by the Unknown Defendants; and it is further

ORDERED that the Unknown Defendants shall appear and protect his/her/its interests in this proceeding on or before October 21, 2026, or a default judgment may be entered against the Unknown Defendants; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order of Publication shall be published once each week for four (4) successive weeks in the Royal Examiner, a newspaper of general circulation in Warren County, Virginia, as prescribed pursuant to Virginia Code § 8.01-317; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall, within twenty (20) days of entry of this Order: (1) post a copy of this Order at the front door of the Warren County Courthouse; and (2) transmit a copy of this Order to the designated newspaper for publication; and it is further

ORDERED that upon completion of publication, the Clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of this case certifying that the requirements of Virginia Code § 8.01-317 have been satisfied.
