Kay Partlowe Cameron (1943 – 2024)

Kay Partlowe Cameron, 80, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home, with Sammy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick.

Kay was born September 3, 1943, in Front Royal, Virginia, the daughter of the late George L. and Edith Frances Updike Partlowe. She was married to the late William E. Cameron.

She retired after many dedicated years from Micron.

Surviving is a son, W. Todd Tobin of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Owen L. Partlow and Douglas L. Partlowe, and a sister, Georgianna Baggarly.

Pallbearers will be Douglas “Chico” Partlowe, Hunter D. Partlowe, Kevin Glascock, Glenn Partlowe, Brad Wilkins, and Derick Wilkins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Wanda Davis, Linda Bowers, Kathy Partlowe, Charlotte Murphy, Nadine Murphy, Gay Gwin, Shelly Wilkins, Joyce Marlowe, and Shirley Thompson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28, at Maddox Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
