Warren Heritage Society Announces Opening for the 2024 Season

The Warren Heritage Society is pleased to announce the much-anticipated reopening of our historical center and museums for the 2024 season. Located in the heart of Front Royal, Virginia, the Warren Heritage Society invites visitors to immerse themselves in the rich history and vibrant culture of our community.

Nestled amidst the blossoming landscape of spring, the Warren Heritage Society offers an unparalleled journey through time for both locals and visitors. From captivating stories to priceless artifacts, our exhibits showcase the essence of Warren’s heritage.

Exciting developments await our patrons this season, as we embark on a comprehensive redesign and repair project for our beloved Ivy Lodge Museum. While the Ivy Lodge won’t reopen until early summer, guests can still explore our other exhibits and take part in our engaging programs.

The Warren Heritage Society invites history enthusiasts, families, and travelers alike to plan their visit to our historical center and museums. Our knowledgeable staff is eager to guide visitors through our exhibits and share captivating stories about our community’s heritage.

Key Information for Visitors:

Location: Warren Heritage Society – Historical Center & Museums, 101 Chester Street, Front Royal, VA 22630

Office & Archives Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 10 am – 4 pm (Extended Hours: Wednesdays 4pm – 8 pm)

Self-Search and Call Slip Service – Free
Member Research – $20.00 per hour (appointment is recommended)
Non-Member Research – $25.00 per hour (appointment is recommended)
Copy/Scan – .25 per sheet
Larger copying/scan services may be requested and require a longer turnaround time.

Tour Times: Wednesday-Saturday starting April 5th at 10:15 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:15 pm (Reservations suggested)

Admission: $12 General | $10 Senior/Veteran | $6 Students (College ID) | Children 5 and under are free.
