Local middle school students learn the fascinating life of bees

Patrick and Claudia Uhlenkott go to an awesome school called White Oaks Middle School. Following the Montessori method and combining traditional school subjects with agrarian projects and entrepreneurial ventures, White Oaks seeks to meet the unique and diverse needs of adolescents while preparing them for adulthood.

One of their projects is beekeeping! They have learned so much this past year on the fascinating life of bees. They have entered a contest with their video so they could win a $700 Bee hive.
