R-MA president Brig Gen. David C. Wesley announced the services, noting that Fulton served on R-MA’s board of trustees for 28 years, from 1982 to 2010. He graduated from the school in 1949.

His obituary notes that R-MA was “the pride and joy” of Mr. Fulton’s life.

It continues: “He loved to help R-MA students and over the years he provided scholarships, bought football uniforms, paid for band trips, and even had cushions made for the first few rows of Boggs Chapel because he found the seats were too hard!”

On the larger scale, he sponsored construction of the band and maintenance building and recently helped re-pave the campus sidewalks.

Visitors to the church will be received one hour prior to the 12 o’clock service. Burial will be private.
