Funk reflects on first year as Circuit Court Clerk

Daryl Funk has been the Warren County Circuit Court Clerk for just over a year now, after winning the election in Nov. 2015. He replaced longtime clerk Jennifer Sims, who endorsed him. The former Front Royal Town Councilman, an attorney, has implemented a number of changes and upgrades since taking over the constitutional office, as he explained in a sit-down interview with Royal Examiner Editor Norma Jean Shaw.
