Lane Closures Planned for Royal Avenue June 30–July 2

Published

on

Drivers can expect overnight lane closures and changing traffic patterns on Royal Avenue as the Town of Front Royal Streets Department replaces a storm pipe between Commerce Avenue and 8th Street.

The work is scheduled for the nights of June 30 through July 2, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting. This project will involve temporarily shifting traffic lanes, but signage will be in place to help guide motorists safely through the area.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution, reduce their speed, and remain alert for work crews in the area. The town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the necessary repairs.

For questions during business hours (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), residents may contact Public Works at 540-635-7819. After hours, the non-emergency police line at 540-635-2111 is available for assistance.
