Mindful is a word we hear a lot lately. Why should we consider being more mindful? What does it mean? Often when someone is practicing mindfulness, they tend to be more aware and grounded in the present moment.
There are numerous benefits to living a more mindful life.
Benefits include: stress reduction, positive attitude, sense of inner peace, enhanced self-confidence.
Benefits for children include: enhance focus, decrease bullying, help with attention, improve well-being.
