The Plaintiff, Warren County, filed this suit Pursuant to Va. Code §58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Shawn B. Kidwell, et al.:

Property Address: 1186 Poor House Road, Front Royal, VA

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence, without effect, to locate Parties Unknown, including but not limited to the unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in interest to Michael Shane Kidwell and Johnny Melvin Kidwell; and these individuals’ names and addresses are unknown; and there may be others who have an interest in the property who names and addresses are unknown, including but not limited to those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown”.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Royal Examiner, a newspaper of general circulation in Warren County, and that the parties named herein appear at 2:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, in the Warren County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
