Rickey Lee Shell, Jr.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 21, at 1:00 p.m. at New Hope Bible Church, with Pastor Bobby Stepp and Pastor Mike O’Neil officiating. Inurnment will be private at a later date in Zepp, Virginia.
Rickey was born May 6, 1980, in Front Royal, Virginia, the son of Betty L. Windle Shell of Front Royal and the late Rickey Lee Shell, Sr.
He was a proud member of the Local Union 26 of the IBEW.
Surviving and his loving mother are two sisters, Penny Shell Digges and Dena Rae Shell, both of Front Royal and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Vickie Arlene Shell.
Dennis Windle, Eric Hawes, Evan Hawes, Jason King, Jayson Edwards, and Howard Morris will be honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21.
