40 Winners Named in Front Royal’s 6th Annual Pot o’ Gold Hunt

After nearly two weeks of community-wide searching, the 6th Annual Pot o’ Gold Hunt wrapped up March 17, bringing families and visitors into downtown Front Royal and surrounding business loops for a festive St. Patrick’s-themed adventure.

The free outdoor event, organized by Jig ‘n’ Jive Dance Studio, once again drew strong participation with support from Front Royal’s Main Street program, National Media Services, and numerous local businesses.

Participants followed maps through Main Street and nearby areas in search of hidden shamrocks, combining exploration with local shopping and family-friendly fun.

Organizers expressed appreciation to the many participants who took part. “We hope that all participants enjoyed the Hunt, and we thank all who ventured out with maps in hand. ’Til next year!” the studio shared following the event.

A total of 40 prize packages were assembled, thanks to contributions from local businesses. Winners were selected during a map-pulling event held on March 20, with assistance from Crazy Wyllie of C&C Frozen Treats. Photos and videos from the drawing are available on the Jig ‘n’ Jive Dance Studio’s Facebook page.

Top prize winners included Therese Arico, JoJo Janaro, and Ina Park in the White Shamrock Bonus Loop, along with Leighton Hartson, Maggie DeMato, and Elliot Gallagher representing the Green Shamrock Main Street Loop.

Additional winners ranged in age, reflecting the event’s broad community appeal.

Prizes may be picked up from the Jig ‘n’ Jive Dance Studio at 529 W. Main Street, during its business hours (March 23 – April 1) or contact the Jig ‘n’ Jive Dance Studio to arrange an alternate pick-up time/place.
