Selah Theatre Project’s Destination Imagination Team needs community help!

Published

on

Full Hearts Outreach Team of Selah Theatre Project held a domestic-violence shelter drive in the month of February to serve four shelters in the Shenandoah Valley: Laurel Shelter, Response, Choices and Potter’s House. The team collected donations worth over $2,500 for all of the shelters and received many bulk donations from several organizations reaching more than a months worth of supplies for the shelters. This project has impacted many and presented their project earned second place at regional competition, third at state competition. Destination Imagination Global Competition will give them a chance to further expand their journey on May 24-26, 2018 in Knoxville, TN.

Full Hearts Outreach Team is made up of four students ages 12-17. Along with their coach, we are asking the community to help us get them to globals. Two donors have graciously donated $1,000 each towards our goal of $4600.
