With possibility of rain predicted for Saturday 15 September the location of the Constitution Celebration has been moved to the Mt. Hebron Chapel and the NEW time is 11:00 am. The program had been planned for the General Daniel Morgan Veterans Cemetery which is beautiful, but outside.

The chapel is located at the entrance into the Mt. Hebron grounds. Scouts will direct attendees. The chapel is a lovely room with church pews for seating.

Following the service Liberty Man will lead a tour to Gen. Daniel Morgan’s Grave and Monument and present a short lecture. A walking tour to several Revolutionary Soldiers graves will follow the lecture. The graves are near the old Lutheran Church ruin very near the Chapel and General Morgan’s grave.

Attendance is free.

Hundreds of Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, and Sailors who fought in all our wars for our Constitution are buried at Mt. Hebron. This is your opportunity to honor them with your presence.

The Shenandoah Christian Alliance is the chief sponsor of this event. For more information contact: Larry Johnson at 540.635.5521 or at 540.454.4129, OR Dale Carpenter at 1.540.622.2606.
