Week one of Strength and Conditioning Camp, sponsored by Front Royal Midget Football League

Over 50 kids came out to participate! Guest speaker, HB Banjoman ran drills and spoke with the kids. HB is a College Football alumni from Eastern Kentucky University, VHSL Rushing record holder, and Warren County Alumni and Hall of Fame member. He was joined by Warren County High School Varsity Head Coach, Brian Bush and several of the Warren County High School football players.

The camp runs 16, 23 and 30th of July from 5 to 7 PM. The camp is free for all boys and girls and is held at the old middle school game field at 465 West 15th Street Front Royal, VA 22630.

Front Royal Midget Football is accepting registrations for the upcoming 2017 season for both boys and girls ages 5 years old before 12:00 AM on August 1st and not over 15 years old after 12:00 AM on August 2nd (all 14 year old players as of August 1st cannot be going into 9th grade, they must still be in 8th grade).
