Samson Properties officially opened its newest office in Front Royal at 912 Hometown Way, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local leaders, community members, and company executives. The event marked the real estate company’s 40th location, further expanding its footprint across Virginia and the greater Mid-Atlantic region.

Welcome Samson Properties to Front Royal!

The ceremony began with welcoming remarks from Sarah Moorman, Chief Operating Officer of Samson Properties, followed by local officials offering words of support and celebration.

Front Royal Mayor Lori Cockrell addressed the crowd, noting the significance of the opening. “We’re just really excited. On behalf of the town, we wish you lots of success, and thank you for investing in us—investing in our community,” Cockrell said.

Warren County Supervisor Cheryl Cullers echoed the sentiment, adding, “I welcome you here as well to discover Front Royal and experience Warren County. You can take this as a jumping-off point for your East Coast expansion.”

The company’s CEO, Donny Samson, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion and gratitude for the warm community reception. “We’re very excited to be here in Warren County. We’ve got a lot of great agents already, and we’re looking forward to serving all of Front Royal,” Samson said. “This is our 40th Samson Properties office, which is just tremendous.”

The ribbon was cut to cheers and applause as the crowd celebrated the company’s arrival with food, networking, and tours of the new space.

Following the event, Samson reflected on the company’s growth in a short interview. “Front Royal has always been circled on our map,” he said. “There are so many new homes and so many people moving out here. It was a place we really wanted to plant a flag.”

He credited the company’s continued success to a strong focus on supporting its agents. “We try to put realtors first—with great services, great support, great commission splits,” Samson said. “Great people attract other great people, and when we grow together, we can take even better care of our buyers and sellers.”

Samson Properties was recently ranked the #1 brokerage in the DMV in total sales volume. With the new Front Royal location now open, the company aims to become a key player in Warren County’s growing real estate market.

“This is an exciting time for Front Royal,” said Samson. “And we’re proud to be a part of it.”
