American Legion Community Band to Present Free Christmas Concert Benefiting C-CAP

Published

on

The American Legion Community Band will bring the sounds of the season to Front Royal with a Christmas Concert on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in Boggs Chapel on the Randolph-Macon Academy campus.

The event is free and open to the public, with donations encouraged to support C-CAP (Congregational Community Action Project), a local nonprofit that provides food, clothing, and assistance to families in need.

The annual holiday concert has become a tradition for many in the community, offering a festive evening of classic carols, seasonal favorites, and big band arrangements performed by talented local musicians.

“This concert is our way of giving back,” said Ed Richards, a co-director of the band. “We love sharing music with the community, and it means even more to support C-CAP during the holidays.”

Whether you’re a longtime supporter or attending for the first time, this holiday performance promises music that lifts the spirit and strengthens the community.
