Beverly Ann “G-Ma” Showers, 84, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at her home.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Prospect Hill Cemetery, 200 West Prospect Street, Front Royal, with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mrs. Showers was born on January 23, 1941, in Long Island, New York, to the late Edward and Jennifer Budnick North.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Horace Showers Sr.; son, Ricky Showers Jr.; daughter, Brenda Lee Showers; and two brothers, Donald North and Patrick North.

Survivors include her son, Tommy Showers of Front Royal; three daughters, Laura Ann Funkhouser (Steve) of Front Royal; April Showers Jenkins (Jerry) of Front Royal; and Mary Linda Showers of Front Royal; brother, Edward North Sr. of Amissville, Virginia; two sisters, Carol North of Fairfax, Virginia and Susan Royston of Amissville; nine grandchildren, T.J. Jenkins, Angela Berry, Kristen Jenkins, B.J. Jenkins, Jesse Jenkins, Cassie Showers, Rose Showers, Richie Showers and Jacob Showers; several great grandchildren; daughter of the heart, Hilda Virginia Mauck of Front Royal and step-son, Greg Breeden of Front Royal.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
