Breakthrough pain relief technique now offered in Front Royal

Published

on

WHAT MATTERS Warren – The Alexander Technique is now being offered in downtown Front Royal every Tuesday! Debbie Romero is performing the technique that is named after its creator, Frederick Matthias Alexander. It’s a process designed to help you understand and retrain habitual patterns of movement and posture. You can learn to improve your performance no matter what you do. Back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, or foot pain at any age may have its origin in, or be improved by, easily changed habits.

Own your own physical health! No expensive equipment is required, and the affordable sessions can be as little as one half hour. Once you understand your own movement better, you can feel better working, sitting at your desk, walking, working out, golfing, or doing chores. This technique can help athletes, mechanics, health workers, expectant mothers, and seniors. One-on-one teaching gives you personal control over your mobility. Subtle changes to your posture and movements can free you to move more easily. Learn to move with ease, and leave the pain behind. From demanding physical jobs to just getting out of bed, feel the difference with the Alexander Technique!

She also provides on-site treatments at client’s workspaces to advise about better habits to help reduce pain. Debbie also makes a donation to the Front Royal Women’s Resource Center and WHAT MATTERS for every appointment. She performs the treatments at their office at 27 Cloud Street.
