Janelle Padgett emerges as a seasoned financial strategist, boasting over 25 years of rich experience in the healthcare sector. Her journey began at HCA in Ocala, Florida, where she honed her skills as a controller before advancing to the CFO role at the Primary Care Network of Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Prior to joining Fauquier Health, Padgett excelled as the assistant vice president of financial reporting and budget operations at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. Her appointment is a testament to her exceptional financial acumen and leadership capabilities.

Toni Maxwell

Toni Maxwell, the newly appointed CNO, brings over two decades of healthcare experience to the table. With a background that spans various roles, including a CNO position under FEMA contracts, Maxwell is well-equipped to steer the nursing functions at Fauquier Health toward greater heights. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Chattanooga State Community College, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University.
