Front Royal-Warren County Anti-Litter Council Recognizes Community Heroes with Rewards Program
Every year, the Front Royal-Warren County Anti-Litter Council (ALC) launches a Rewards Program to financially reward community members who have made significant efforts in keeping our landscapes and watersheds clean. This year, the ALC is proud to announce the 2024 winners, each of whom has contributed to beautifying and preserving our environment.
2024 Winners:
- Richard Baker of Front Royal
- Jim & Debbie Sylvester of Browntown
- Susan Brogan and Clever Carmine of Warren County
- The Izaak Walton League of Warren County
- The Rotary Club of Warren County
- Caleb Wilson of Randolph-Macon Academy
These individuals and organizations have organized neighborhood clean-ups, educated youth about composting, recycling, and reusing materials, or transitioned to biodegradable carry-out containers. Their efforts have made a tangible difference, and the ALC is honored to recognize their positive impact.

Richard Baker receives his reward from Chase Lenz, Secretary of the Front Royal-Warren County Anti-Litter Council.
Each winner will receive a check for $250 as a token of the community’s gratitude for their volunteer work and dedication.
The ALC’s mission is to educate, motivate, and engage in preventing litter, helping the citizens of Front Royal and Warren County become better stewards of their shared environment.
