Trip Advisor Awards 2017 Certificate of Excellence

Front Royal, VA — The Front Royal/Warren County Visitors Center is proud to announce that we have been awarded the 2017 Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor. Only select businesses, based on consistently great reviews received, get a Certificate of Excellence.

Founded in 2010, the Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service. This designation is given to establishments that have achieved great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Recipients are determined by travelers through their ratings and reviews. Some measurements include: having a minimum number of reviews; maintaining an overall rating of at least four out of five stars; and have been listed for at least twelve months.

“This recognition helps travelers identify and use businesses that regularly deliver great service” says Vice President of Industry Marketing, Heather Leisman.

“On behalf of Front Royal/Warren County Tourism, I take great pride in having my staff recognized for this,” says Felicia Hart, Director of Tourism for Front Royal/Warren County. “And it says so much when an outside company such as TripAdvisor recognizes our staff for their outstanding service to our visitors. As a Certificate of Excellence winner, we’re always looking for ways to give our guests the best possible experience” Hart continued.

As a recipient of this award, the Visitors Center will receive a special certificate for display to our visitors, a window sticker announcing our achievement, and a Certificate of Excellence badge will be added to our page on TripAdvisor.com.
