Gayle Ann Richards (1958 – 2025)

Gayle Ann Richards, 66, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Warren Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 11 AM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mrs. Richards was born on July 24, 1958, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, to the late James and Roberta Blakely Norris.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Norris.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Winston U. Richards of Front Royal; son, Jerome Norris of Hagerstown, Maryland; brother, William “Bill” Norris of Martinsburg; three sisters, Roberta Robinson of Hagerstown, Diah Gardiner of Martinsburg, and Carolyn Norris of Mississippi; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
