Front Royal, VA –  The Northern Chapter of the Virginia Police Benevolent Association (VAPBA) is pleased to announce that Jason Poe (R-WC) has received the endorsement of the VAPBA for election to Warren County Sheriff.

“Mr. Poe is an unwavering advocate for law enforcement and the VAPBA. We are happy to have Mr. Poe receive our chapter’s endorsement. Mr. Poe has extensive experience and knowledge in law enforcement, which makes him a great leader and future sheriff for Warren County,” said Marc Ramey, VAPBA Northern Chapter President.

“I am very honored and proud to have the endorsement of the Virginia Police Benevolent Association,” said Republican nominee for Warren County Sheriff, Jason Poe. “I look forward to leading and educating the men and women of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office as to what the PBA has to offer them and their family. I am excited to serve the citizens of Warren County leading them and this beautiful county for many years. I am the leader who will bring faith, trust, and accountability back to the local government and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.”

The Virginia Police Benevolent Association is a division of the Southern States Police Benevolent Association, a not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to improving the law enforcement profession. PBA members are full-time or retired employees of the various federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement and correctional agencies in Virginia. This professional association, funded by membership dues and citizen contributions, provides legal, legislative, disciplinary and other representation to member officers as well as an accidental death benefit to members’ beneficiaries. The PBA prohibits members from engaging in or condoning any strike by law enforcement officers, electing instead to represent members through aggressive political action.
