Joseph Miller “Joe” Martin Jr., 73, of Strasburg, Virginia, passed away at Winchester Medical Center on Monday, February 17, 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Prospect Hill Cemetery, 200 West Prospect Street, Front Royal, with the Rev. Dottie Holden officiating.
Mr. Martin was born on August 29, 1951, in Warren County, Virginia, to the late Joseph Sr. and Bessie Andrews Martin. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Henry. He owned and operated Skyline Trash Service and formerly attended Bethel Assembly of God.
Survivors include his son, Andrew S. Martin (Nikki); two sisters, Brenda Strother and Margaret Burrell; five grandchildren, Dominique (Billy), Valarie, Jayda, Tyler, and Prestyn; three great-grandchildren, Cooper, Bodie, and Wells; and numerous nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Tracey.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
