Mark Butler says he’ll run as Independent in 2019 Warren County Sheriff race

Mark Butler, a police officer with the Herndon, Va. Police Department, announced Tuesday that he is seeking the Warren County Sheriff’s Office in 2019 as an Independent candidate. He spoke to Royal Examiner’s Norma Jean Shaw about his decision:
