Matt Tederick – taking the helm of town government until a special election is held in November

Royal Examiner was at the Warren County Republican Party meet and greet, held May 30th at the Front Royal Brewing Company on Main Street.

We spoke with several of the candidates, but first we spoke with Matt Tederick. Tederick was recently appointed by Town Council to assume the term of former Mayor Hollis Tharpe who resigned earlier this month.

Now that he is already sworn in as the interim Mayor in Front Royal, we’ll address him as Mayor Tederick, as he will be taking the helm of town government until a special election in November.
