NOTICE: Free mulch – Town & County residents
The Town of Front Royal has lots of mulch at our Manassas Avenue site available to TOWN and COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY.
HOURS: 9am-5pm, Monday thru Saturday, CLOSED Wednesdays and Sundays!
Mulch is FREE and you must load yourself-must stop loading at 4:30 pm and ALL loads must be covered.
If any questions, please contact Public Works at 540-635-7819, Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm.
