The plaintiff, Warren County (the “Plaintiff”), by counsel, filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code §58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Tito Howard (deceased):

Brief Description: Lot on Old Oregon Road, Warren, VA

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff has used due diligence, without effect, to locate the unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in interest to Tito Howard; and these individuals’ names and addresses are unknown; and there may be others who have an interest in the property who names and addresses are unknown, including but not limited to those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published four times for four successive weeks in the Royal Examiner, a newspaper of general circulation in Warren, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 2:00 p.m. on February 2, 2026, in the Warren County Circuit Court and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
