Phillip Todd “Phil” Fancher (1959 – 2024)

Phillip Todd “Phil” Fancher, 65, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away at home on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

Services will be private.

Phil was born on August 3, 1959, in Birmingham, Alabama, to the late Charles and Gloria Cartwright Fancher.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from the CIA.

Survivors include his former wife, Debby Townsend; son, Benjamin Fancher; two daughters, Meg Fancher and Mary Fancher; and three brothers, Chuck Fancher, Kevin Fancher, and Scott Fancher.

Instead of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
