A simple flatbread can become an elegant meal with the right toppings. This prosciutto and arugula pizza brings together classic Italian-inspired flavors, including pesto, fresh figs, peppery greens, shaved parmesan, and thin slices of prosciutto.
The recipe serves four and works well for a light dinner, lunch with friends, or an appetizer for a gathering. It is also quick to prepare, especially when using store-bought flatbread.

- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 cups arugula
- 6 fresh figs, cut into quarters
