Roots Music Jam Returns to Stone Branch Center for the Arts
Musicians and music lovers alike are invited to gather on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Stone Branch Center for the Arts (114 E Main St) for an evening of shared tradition and sound during the Roots Music Jam.

Held at the cozy Marigold Space, this community jam session welcomes players and listeners to celebrate the rich, emotional legacy of American roots music. Genres on deck include bluegrass, gospel, Appalachian folk, old-time, blues, and Cajun—styles deeply connected to the stories and histories of generations past.
Organizers invite seasoned musicians, beginners, and fans to join the circle with instruments, voices, or just open ears. The event is designed to create connections and honor the voices and traditions that shaped roots music, while creating new ones along the way.
Whether you’re looking to play along, learn from others, or simply soak in the music, the Roots Music Jam offers a welcoming space to celebrate the power of community and song.
