The Truth About the Modern Virginia Democrat Party

Published

on

As many of you know by now, in the New York City Mayoral race, avowed communist Zohran Mamdani is the Democrat nominee.  Most Democrats and some Republicans hate it when I refer to Democrats as being socialists and communists.  However, it is hard to call Mr.  Mamdani anything other than a communist.  Mr. Mamdani has come up with the following policy proposals:

  • Government owned grocery stores
  • Rent and price controls
  • Increased tax bills for whites only.
  • $30.00 per hour minimum wage
  • DEI is a good thing for businesses.

Why am I writing about Mr. Mamdani you ask?  Simple.  Most Democrats do not want to admit this, but more and more Democrats are supporters of the ideology espoused by Mr. Mamdani and Squad Members (AOC, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, et al).  It is appropriate to ask so-called “moderate” Democrats like Abigail Spanberger how they feel about the agenda of Mr. Mamdani and the Squad.  Are all Democrats now as anti Semitic as Mr. Mamdani?

Democrat Gubernatorial  nominee Ms. Spanberger had a voting record in excess of 92% with Nancy Pelosi.  Lt. Governor nominee Ghazala Hashmi has a record that is well known to be among the most leftist voting records in Richmond.  Senator Hashmi supports abortions up to the point of birth.  She also supports gun bans (go to her website and see “issues” and then her stances on guns).  Ms. Hashmi supports violations of the 4th Amendment to strengthen red flag laws.

AG nominee Jay Jones co-sponsored the bill to end qualified immunity for our police officers.  If Jay Jones had his way, there would not be any local police departments left in Virginia.  Mr. Jones co-sponsored this bill in 2020 (HB5013).

We Virginians who will be voting in this election, have a right to know how the Democrat ticket feels about Mr. Mamdani and his support of far-left issues such as those listed above.  How will Ms. Spanberger, Ms. Hashmi, and Mr. Jones feel about these issues espoused by Mr. Mamdani?  The Virginia Statewide Democrat ticket is already far to the left of most Virginians.  How will the Statewide Democrat ticket feel about having government distribute food?  We know how this worked in the old Soviet Union and in Eastern Europe.  Communism is the largest failure in the history of Mankind.  Yet elements of today’s Democrat Party are open supporters of Soviet style policies.

Abigail Spanberger is doing everything she can to prove that she’s not what the rest of her party has become.  Yet her Party has gone off the deep end in recent years.  Everything from genital mutilation of children (aka gender affirming care), to abortions up to the 9th month of a pregnancy, to supporting children reading sexually suggestive books.

The Democrat agenda is why we need Winsome Sears, John Reid, and Jason Miyares for Virginia this November.
