Three weeks till Christmas

Time is passing quickly, but you’ve got the situation under control. Take care of the following tasks and once they’re done, you’ll be able to start enjoying the magic of the season.

To plan
• The table linens and decor (napkins, place mats, centerpieces, etc.).
• Seating arrangements — do you have enough chairs for all your guests?

To buy
• Wine, beer and spirits for the Christmas dinner.
• Materials for wrapping presents (wrapping paper, ribbons, gift bags, tissue paper, etc.).
• Ideally, the last of your Christmas presents (to avoid the crowds in the days leading up to Christmas and give yourself time to decide on a plan B if you don’t end up finding what you were looking for).

To see
• Christmas lights in your community. Take advantage of a nice evening to go for a stroll and admire the lights as a family.
