Town Manager for the Town of Front Royal, Virginia
$110,000 – $130,000

The Town of Front Royal is seeking a Town Manager to provide effective and ethical leadership while working collaboratively with the community, the Council and Town Staff. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town while managing the administrative affairs and work of the Town.  In addition to municipal finance and budgeting the successful applicant will oversee service programs including water and sewer, electrical, utility and solid waste collection systems; planning and zoning, and economic development.  Must have a proven ability to create positive relationships and open communication with all segments of the Community.

The Town Manager is appointed by to serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.  Qualifying candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field with a minimum of ten (10) years as the chief administrative officer or department head.

The salary is commensurate with qualifications.
