VIDEO: Town Council postpones changes to Flea Market Operation

The Town Council postponed changes to the town code to allow flea markets to operate on Fridays. Vice Mayor Eugene Tewalt expressed concern that the code changes do not include the fee that the town would charge flea markets. Ann Orndorff, co-owner of Springtime Garden Center, spoke on problems about the operations of flea markets vs. other businesses.
