WHO:	Children who will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2020 Register at the school in which you are zoned to attend
WHERE AND WHEN:	Starting June 1, 2020 – Register online @ ecollect.accelaschool.com/warrencounty July 6, 2020 – In-person registration at your school
DOCUMENTS NEEDED:	Certified Copy of Birth Certificate Social Security Number Physical Form (physical must be within the last 12 months prior to the first day of school) Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease, mortgage statement, etc.) A notarized residency affidavit is required if living in another household
