William Franklin “Rocky” Walker, 67, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away at his home on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Mr. Walker was born on January 13, 1959, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, to the late Frank and Josie Deco Walker. His two brothers, Thomas Walker and Wayne Walker, also preceded him in death. He formerly attended Freedom Baptist Church, Front Royal.
Survivors include his fiancée, Kim Wilson; two sons, Matthew Chavis and Wade Chavis; daughter, Danielle Walker; two sisters, Monica Turner and Sharon Bright; and two grandchildren, Torrie Walker and Dixie Walker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
