First up was discussion on Flea Market Regulations Pertaining to Licensing Fees.
Summary: During the June 26, 2017 work session Council requested staff to review the Town’s Flea Market Ordinance relating to the licensing fees.
Next was a discussion with Delegate Chris Collins regarding changes needed to our Town Charter.
The Discussion of Property Maintenance and Rental Inspection Program continued… along with proposed changes to Town Charter.
Summary: Attached is a DRAFT amendment to the Town Code (See Attachment A).
To close out the meeting the Mayor and Council discuss other items of interest. Includes a discussion on the train blocking Shenandoah Shores Road and more. Watch how your Council works behind the scenes. Council goes into closed session to discuss contract issues and candidates for Town Council.
