Angela “Angie” Jean Brick (Morris), 62, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on July 3, 2025, at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Angela “Angie” Jean Brick (Morris)

Born on September 5, 1962, in Arlington, VA, Angie spent her early years in Northern Virginia and graduated from Robinson Secondary School in 1980. She later met Michael “Mike” Brick, the love of her life, and the two enjoyed 33 years of marriage. Angie devoted 28 years to serving the Fairfax County Government.

Her deep love for her family and her mountain lifestyle, along with her special bond with animals, were central to who she was.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Roy Morris; her mother, Ivy “Kate” Morris (McKinney); and her sister, Pamela Johnson of Bealeton, VA.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Brick; children, Aaron Lemon (Jessica) of Greenville, NC and Tommy Morris of Front Royal, VA; sisters, Christine Propps (Billy) of Duck, WV and Brenda Shifflett of Belington, WV; and grandchildren, Alyssa, Masyn, Bryce and Tye.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Angie’s name to the Humane Society of Warren County, 1245 Progress Drive, Front Royal, VA 22630.

A private Celebration of Life will be held on September 6, 2025, at the Brick family residence in Front Royal, VA.
