ARREST: Recent larcency from Walmart and a Breaking & Entering at McAlister’s Deli

Warren County, VA- On 07-12-18 the Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominic Jordan Smith, a 19 year old male of Front Royal, in connection with a recent larceny from Walmart and a Breaking & Entering at McAlister’s Deli in Warren County.  During the course of this investigation, the Sheriff’s Office was able to identify Smith with the assistance from the citizens of Front Royal / Warren County.  The Warren County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who assisted in this identification.

The following charges were placed on Smith in connection with both incidents:

• 18.2-91. Entering dwelling house, etc., with intent to commit larceny, assault and battery or other felony
• 18.2-22. Conspiracy to commit a felony.
• 18.2-103. Concealing or taking possession of merchandise; altering price tags; transferring goods from one container to another; counseling, etc., another in performance of such acts.
• 18.2-96. Petit larceny
