Charles Adrian “Charlie” Rowland (1937 – 2024)

Charles Adrian “Charlie” Rowland, 86, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.

Mr. Rowland was born in Front Royal on November 26, 1937, to the late Dalton and Marjorie Fereebee Rowland.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Allen Eugene Rowland.  He retired from Atlantic Research and was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Lee Rowland and Richard Osborne Rowland.
